Well-mannered, excellent people working here. Very central location, at a moderate distance from a known 1700s garden. Really enjoyed shopping area.

Their service was good. Brand-new and great-sized rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and a fridge. Excellent very central location, right by the most famous formal gardens in Japan, and many shops...

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They spoke excellent English and even had multilingual support. The free noodles provided were a great touch and the public bath was incredibly relaxing, especially the open-air bath at night with soothing music playing. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, being centrally located and within walking distance of both the shopping and restaurant district and the beautiful Ritsurin Garden.

While my overall experience was positive, I did have a couple of minor issues. I felt that the breakfast atmosphere could have been more inviting and comfortable.

the hotel is in an unbeatable and comfortable location, easy walk to a port. it has helpful staff. it has particularly nice views and offers excellent and nice breakfasts.

Centrally located hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a free visit to the Onsen. Conveniently walking distance to the shopping and restaurant district as well as Ritsurin Garden. The Dormy Inn provided toothbrush and other amenities, and the breakfast was reasonably priced.

The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of tasty Japanese and western options. The staff is friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently.

I really loved staying here at this hotel, the property was perfect, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and it's definitely the top choice for accommodation in the area.
